Usui Method of Natural Healing

Translated from Japanese, Reiki (pronounced Reiy Key) means “Universal Life Energy”- Rei = Universal, Ki = Energy.

This is the innate vibrational energy from the Universe that surrounds and lives inside each and every one of us. Matter is animated and given life by Energy, so Reiki, essentially, is Universal, Intelligent Energy, the most fundamental and highest vibration in life.

Usui method of Natural Healing follows the lineage passed down from and traced directly back to the founder, Mikao Usui (1865-1926).

Receiving Reiki is like to having a spiritual shower. It helps to wash away the gunk and grime (stress, emotional tensions) of everyday life, leaving the inner self feeling clean clear and bright.

Your body will decide what best to do with this vibrational energy, be it restoring natural energetic balance, allowing the nervous system time to reset and restore by putting a pause button on the fight or flight response, which, can significantly reduce symptoms of anxiety and depression.

Connecting with this Universal Energy works for your positive benefit by adressing root issues and opening pathways you are ready for on your journey to deeper self understanding and connection with the world around you.

Distance Reiki is based on the ancient Hermetic Law of Similarity, which maintains that, as we are formed of energy which is part of a greater whole, we are all connected.

During a distance Reiki treatment, I connect to your energy field by invoking this law. Because Reiki is Universal, it knows no time or space confines and can be beautifully channelled for your benefit in this way (always with prior consent, of course).
